XIRAPLÁS has extensive experience in hand lay-up manufacturing, a versatile composite production process particularly suited to customized components, complex geometries, and a wide range of product dimensions.
Working with different reinforcement materials and resin systems, including polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, we adapt material combinations and laminate configurations to meet each project’s mechanical, functional, and surface finish requirements.
This manufacturing process offers considerable flexibility in the production of both small and large components, making it particularly suitable for prototypes, low-volume production, and specialized industrial applications.

5. RTM Light Manufacturing
